- MASTER OF CHRISTIAN COUNSELING: 60 credit hours

healing for hurting individuals and families.
Damascus Bible College has partnered with the National Christian Counselor’s
Association (NCCA) to utilize its extensive curriculum to offer the Master of Christian
Counseling (MCC).
Requirements for the Master of Arts in Clinical Christian Counseling include advanced
specialized training in Christian Counseling, clinical supervision, internship, practicum,
and thesis), and qualify the graduate as a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor or
Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor, with Board Certification in his or her chosen
specialty areas, certified by the NCCA. More than 1,700 persons in the United States
have been certified by NCCA as licensed Christian counselors, making it the largest
such credentialing agency in the nation. (Over 4,000 counselors have been licensed
world-wide by NCCA.)
Admission Requirements
The applicant must present evidence of completion of Bible College and present
evidence of dedication in some ministry area.
Course Requirements
The Master of Christian Counseling degree requires 60 credit-hours. A minimum of 36
credit hours must be completed at DBC.
